This is a basement restoration project I recently finished that was caused by flood damage from a kitchen upstairs. I was able to get it completed in time for the homeowner to have friends and family stay with them over the holidays. They were pretty happy about that. I hope it was wonderful time for them and I know the kids will enjoy their TV hangout area!
